The hotel is conveniently located in a small spa village, with friendly staff and comfortable beds. Guests can enjoy the fast Wi-Fi, but it might not be suitable for business-related purposes. Plus, private parking is an option.
But unfortunately, it appears the hotel's restaurant quality can be poor and overpriced.

The Christmas spirit was everywhere and created a cozy atmosphere. The staff was attentive and always smiling, making us feel very welcome. The local excursions offered were fun and informative, and the hot springs were a great experience. The hotel's location is perfect, with stunning views and easy access to nearby attractions. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the lovely Christmas dinner provided.
Some aspects of the hotel seemed outdated, with the bathrooms in need of renovation. Although the beds were comfortable, the room could have used more charging outlets.

The food was alright, and the service was quick. it was close to the spa, which was very convenient.
The room was audibly creaky, which was a bit distracting for a romantic getaway. the hotel was not very clean, and the bathroom had several loose and broken pieces.
